These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Hexa Work AI ("Hexa Work AI," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website hexaworkai.com and any associated services, features, content, applications, or products provided by Hexa Work AI (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you signify your unreserved acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms. II. User Accounts and Responsibilities

2.2. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Hexa Work AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Hexa Work AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2.3. User Representations. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
III. Acceptable Use Policy
3.1. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: a. Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. b. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. c. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. d. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. e. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service. f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means. g. Engage in any activities that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
3.2. Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
IV. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Hexa Work AI Property. All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and their selection and arrangement, are the exclusive property of Hexa Work AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2. Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hexa Work AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal use, as applicable.
4.3. User Content. To the extent that the Service permits you to upload, post, or otherwise make available content ("User Content"), you retain all rights in and to your User Content. You grant Hexa Work AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service.
V. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Service "As Is." THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. HEXA WORK AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
5.2. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL HEXA WORK AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
VI. Termination and Suspension
6.1. Hexa Work AI's Right to Terminate. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6.2. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
